Student Rights:

  • Utilize academic freedom responsibly to seek and explore knowledge in accordance with the prevailing norms and ethics in the academic environment.
  • Receive the best possible education and academic services according to their interests, talents, preferences, and abilities.
  • Make use of university facilities to facilitate the learning process.
  • Receive guidance from responsible academic faculty members regarding their chosen program of study and their learning outcomes.
  • Receive information services related to their chosen program of study and their learning outcomes.
  • Graduate earlier than the scheduled timeline, provided they meet the applicable requirements.
  • Receive welfare services in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  • Utilize university resources through student representation/organizations to manage and govern their well-being, interests, and community life.
  • Transfer to another university or program, provided they meet the admission requirements of the university or program they wish to join, and the capacity of the respective university or program allows.
  • Participate in university student organizations.
  • Receive special services if they have disabilities.

Student Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to covering the cost of education unless exempted based on the applicable regulations.
  • Adhere to all rules and regulations in force.
  • Maintain the university’s facilities and infrastructure, as well as cleanliness, order, and security in the respective institution.
  • Respect knowledge, technology, and/or the arts.
  • Uphold the reputation and good name of the university.

Students as Part of the Academic Community:

Students as part of the academic community have the right to:

  • Exercise academic freedom responsibly in pursuing and evaluating knowledge in accordance with the prevailing norms and ethics in the academic environment.
  • Participate in university student organizations.

In line with these principles, students have the obligation to:

  • Respect knowledge, technology, and/or the arts.
  • Uphold the reputation and good name of the university.
